2nd half is good for me, because I am still 5 short of Cutch. But yeah it's a free 99, you have to expect a better 99 coming later that won't be free.

Why would he be a 97/98 when it tells you the card is a 99? hence grind 99.

The schedule on here, Twitter post, and FB post all mention a Grind 99 for The Kid. They don't mention that it is a 99 OVR.

I said as soon as I knew it was a 2nd half card that this was going to be a card just to shut up the "release Griffey maddens coming out" crowd up. That is definitely the case here

Yeah based on the attributes reveal this is not his best card as well its further proof that the overall rating is subjective an actually means nothing.
So to the "were are all the 99s" or "release higher overalls" OVERALL RATING MEANS NOTHING!!!!!
