Starting a game and it crashes

I'm playing Franchise mode and when it starts it freezes and go back to my Xbox start up.

Yep, it crashes every time immediately upon entering a franchise mode game. How did this possibly pass QA?

Same here, even when I try to create a new franchise this happens. Franchise is broken after new update. What a shame I'm on Season 3 and really looking forward to playing more.
