I have been doing the July player of the month program and have completed all the missions and collected all the cards 14 of 17 and locked them in. I see that some people already have the Craig Biggio card at least 1400 have him parelled to level one. How is that when I’ve done all the stuff I needed to an it hasn’t unlocked stage 2 yet.

It has been available in BR since the POTM program started.

So basically you can play BR and level up like that or if not then you just will have to wait until everything thing comes out to move to stage 2.

You can level him to P5 doing BR if you want. That would be extremely tedious and pretty expensive though.

Then when you earn him in the actual POTM program he would already be P5.
