Question: RS pitching animation slow? Or not...?

So when I play a RS game - and am starting a 100mph SP - the animation of the ball coming in, sometimes is in slow motion, sometimes even almost pausing before it arrives to the batter. My pitching camera is behind the batter, same as my hitting cam. And it sometimes it really gets hammered.

My question is: is this just an animation on my end? But the opponent see it at regular fast speed? Or does my opponent see the 100mph FB coming in slow mo too?

When batting, the pitch speed is really fast, so it’s not my internet (as I have a super fast connection too)

Just wondering if this happens to anyone else..

The batter sees your pitch in normal speed. It’s just the games way of trying to sync things up between the two players.
