How to get unbanned

I got banned for offensive language and they banned me for 2 years. I’ve never been banned and i just randomly got banned for 2 years. Can anyone help me.

They gave you a reason why you got banned, so it wasn't random

While I think two years is pretty excessively harsh for a punishment without warning, they probably have a clause in the EULA that states "nananana you can't say bad things or we'll ban you forever ahahahaha", and because you're some schmuck on the internet, you're not going to bankrupt yourself financially to challenge them in court.

Seems excessive (although we don't know the details) but I doubt there is much you will be able to do about it.

AT least they give you a reason in game. On the forum say absolutely nothing and respond to no tickets lol.

No one can tell me where to find details on my ban. I got no messaging, no reason, and no mention of how long it is. Did they email you or something?

to be honest, I don't think there's really anything one can SAY that would constitute a 2 year ban without a warning. Maybe a 2 year mute, but even then that feels excessive.

I’m going to go on a limb and say you knew what offensive language you used and won’t admit it. I’ll further guess it has to do with either your team location, team name, or the name of your CAP.

Oh I see now. Here’s a hint: look at your team name.
Edit: you’ve used multiple team names that would get you banned.
