It's already the most rewarding mode. I average 40K stubs each championship. And that's WITHOUT a lucky pull.
Mini seasons are the number 1 reason I have 670K in stubs and LS collection completed.
How do you average 40k?
10k for win, another 6k for missions, 9k from selling prospects. Lucky diamonds here and there. Selling the golds. 40k is a solid average I’d agree with

Yeah but you have to play on HOF

You must play A LOT because I've played (and won) like 15 mini seasons ish, plus all the conquests and multiple US conquest runs, and I have around 500k and still need all the top diamonds minus trout and degrom. I have purchased quite a few cards anticipating big collections before they skyrocket, and I've made some investments in those too, but still nowhere near enough to finish live series with 600k leftover.
Yeah... I do. 31 mini season rings. But I'm also smart about it.
Never play more than 15-17 regular season games.

No, not really.
1.You get 17.5K stubs without the AS stealing mission and the HOF mission.
2. Then the 4 prospects get you about 10K.
3. Finally, if you only average like 500 stubs per show pack (no lucky pulls), you're up to about 38.5K.
4. One Ballin pack for 1000 stubs, a bit more or less depending on luck.40K.

No you dont. You can get all that on rookie. Just doing the 30 hit missions. 60 RBI with 2nd half cards. 60 SO with breakout, etc pitchers. Finishing in at least 3rd place. Winning the championship. You get stubs, packs and xp

I love this mode but it's turned me into an even worse hitter since there's no penalty for playing on rookie. I would definitely like to see increased rewards for playing on higher difficulty

It's certainly not great practice in terms of being better, but I've just accepted this and have switched to playing like 90% offline. I enjoy completing the content and collections and playing against the cpu should be chill and relaxing, just vegging out listening to podcasts and getting rewards. If it became a legit challenge I would just play online. I'm not going to sit there and sweat it out vs the CPU.
But if you're that concerned you can still just choose to play on hof or whatever you want. You'll get more xp, I believe more pxp, and even though it'll be slower to the rewards you'll be getting better practice which you value.

Yup, I picked up so many bad habits playing on rookie. I'm afraid to go back to it.

I agree, BUT with the tweaks to difficulty levels this year, I find the most challenging is Veteran...the pitching is inconsistent and actually forces you to guess alot more.

What if there was Divisions? You select difficulty and teams and lineups are generated based off of Division you selected? You choose HOF or Legend and HOF and legend teams are generated from that division off leaderboard, All-Star difficulty Championship series and All-Star teams are selected so and so forth.
As far as rewards go, if maybe add a 20 pack + 2 random headliner packs for HOF or Higher (1 time only for Headliner packs then reverts back to 20 packs after restart. And then structure continues along those lines for each tier.
And along the lines of a better reward card based off Division you selected, A No Sell type choice pack like they have in the rewind packs in events or BR.

Thats why i dont do either of the bonus objectives. Why in the hell would i make things harder than they need to be for 2 Ballin packs when i can just smash my way through every team on rookie, cash in my championship bundle and start a new season?
For fun? Variety? Challenge? Practice vs DD cards? Try out new cards?
People don’t play this game for fun. They play it to satisfy their addiction. It’s apparent with this forum. So many people who hate the game still come on here. They either don’t hate it and love to whine to an audience or they’re addicted.
Quite possibly the dumbest generalization i've ever seen in this group. I actually do play for fun. I'm not one of those people that does everything once then posts in the forums to ask "What do i do now?". I finish the programs usually a week to a week and a half before the next one and i keep playing.
You know whats not fun for me? Trying to get 20 steals on higher difficulties when the baserunner speed is a joke in this game. I've hit balls in the gap and been thrown out at 2nd with 90+ speed guys on veteran so i would imagine on AS or above, every catcher in the league has a cannon for an arm with pinpoint accuracy.
Yeah....thats not fun for me to get thrown out at 2nd 20-30 times just to get a Ballin pack for the effort. And considering i need one card to complete the LS and the chances of me pulling that one card are pretty slim, i'll pass....and i'll play my game the way i want, thanks.
