Something is wrong

I’m still trying to get complete the April Monthly program and the Big Dog program so I put the necessary cards in my lineup and played a conquest game. It told me I made no progress. The stats didn’t count.
Please take a look at this, SDS. I don’t have a lot of time to play this game. It is really disheartening when I do get time to grind and then it doesn’t count.

They'll tell you to submit a ticket. They arent just gonna specifically look into your issue because you posted about it in the forums.

You on PS4? They made a tweet saying they turned off the postgame tracking and the progress should still count. Apparently the postgame screen was causing crashes

What is a “ticket”? How do you do that?
And they do read the forums, so I don’t think it’s completely ineffective.

Top right corner of the screen, click the "SUPPORT" option and follow the prompts..
I didnt say a forum post would be ineffective and i know they read the forums because this is an official page. But the mods of the forums are here more to get feedback from the community, not to solve everyones specific issues. That's why they have a support section.

I’m pretty sure they released a statement that the post game progress screen was glitched. They said it wouldn’t show the progress earned until they fixed it, even though you were still earning progress.

I don’t have the tracking and I am still crashing (on OG ps4)
