Is it just me or do the Braves fans not do the chop in this years game? I haven’t seen it yet. If not why has it been taken out?

The Braves fans in the game have been doing it for years. As a Braves fan it was one of the things I loved about the game. Sounds of the show is out now also. I hope this doesn’t become like the Madden franchise.

I mean it’s kind of a racist chant. The MLB basically told the Braves last year to stop playing it on their scoreboards (obviously won’t stop the fans from doing it themselves) but it makes sense they are trying to keep up with the real life MLB as far as racism and hate go.

It’s not though. No one is making fun of Indians. It is the same thing FSU does and the Seminole Indians fully endorsed it.
Hopefully Sony studios can tell us why and fix it in a patch. -
It would take all of 5 seconds on Google to see all the protests and statements from Native American led groups regarding the chop. People just like to pretend they don't have a problem with it because they don't want to have to change a name or a chant.

I would assume the minority considering there haven't been any groups to come out and challenge the protests of the other groups.

I would assume the minority considering there haven't been any groups to come out and challenge the protests of the other groups.
If that's accurate than I have no problem with the move but if the majority don't have an issue with the chop it should be left alone

I can't believe SDS is erasing the name of the first American League team to integrate...
Can't blame SDS it's likely an MLB thing however having Choo, Vmart, and Thome play for the Guardians just feels weird

What about the silent majority? Like most things the people that have no trouble with something don’t make a big deal out of something. We see that all over society now. The vocal minority that is the only one heard. Look at the “Get woke, go broke” when a company puts politics ahead of making a quality product, the company suffers for it.

It's also funny to me how the same people that cry about 'cancel culture' try saying 'get woke go broke: not realizing that is essentially their version of cancel culture. The difference being that like most things in their life 'get woke go broke' is a failure.

I actually research things, listen to people and read articles from people I disagree with to try and get insight into why people think the way they do. People like you just go 'lol woke sheep' whenever someone disagrees with you. It's rather embarrassing to say the least -
