Is the PC Version next gen and is it locked at 60hz?

It is the next gen version and it's locked at 60. Locked isn't the correct word though, it's max frame rate is 60.

No way I could consider this PC gaming, PC gaming is having the ability to change resolution, mod, add on reshade, edit refresh rate, use g-sync. Console gaming is pretty restricted and archaic to begin with, why would I want to take a another step back with Cloud gaming?

I tried 21 with cloud gaming out of curiosity and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. So I wouldn’t bother trying 22. It’s a great concept but the technology just isn’t there yet in my opinion. Maybe it’s better for smaller games but utilizing cloud gaming with game pass hasn’t really interested me.

I am primarily a PC gamer. It's not "PC Gaming". But you can in fact play it on your PC without having to own a console. A few of my friends have been playing it on there PC and they all say that the lag is very minimal. They say it's perfectly playable.

How is your experience? I’m considering giving it a try. I have a nice pc and wired 1gb connection(at home, currently at school with [censored] wifi) and if the lag is not noticeable I would rather play on my pc than ps4

No, I was just commenting on how it wasnt a PC game. Didnt care "how smart" I looked. Was just clarifying. I think I accurately articulated what it was. Xbox cloud gaming on PC. That is available through Game Pass.
