Twitch drops broken for anyone else?

My drops had been working fine since this afternoon but after claiming my last pack I'm not longer getting progress towards the next and the usual popups that say the channel has drops on aren't coming up anymore. I've tried multiple devices, etc. Same for anyone else?

Did you get 5 today? If so, thats the max you can get.

My accounts are linked and I claim my packs but nothing comes to my inventory, so weird

I went to my account page and it looks like it may be disconnected. It wants me to log in with my account MLB The Show Account.
What is that? How is that different than logging in with my PSN account like I do to post on this forum? How can I change the icon in game and have it show here but my account page says
This account is not yet linked to an MLB The Show Account.

Thats the same issue i was having and when i submitted a ticket, they directed me to FAQs. I messaged him back and told him that no was no help at all and got an automated message saying the ticket was being closed.

MLB The Show Account is required for linking inventory accounts together. Either for cross-progression or for Twitch.
If you sign-in via PSN, you just have to create an MLB The Show account and click Link on your PSN.

What about the issue from my original topic? It was working fine this afternoon I got 3 or 4 packs. But after claiming the last one I'm no longer getting progress towards any more. And the notification that usually comes up about drops when entering a new channel isn't coming up anymore. It's as if I maxed out but it says unlimited...

There are only 5 packs all weekend. For some reason it is saying unlimited on the Twitch mobile app and we are checking with Twitch.

It says I've gotten 8 and I think I got 3 during the pre release thing so if 5 is the max then I guess I'm good. But yeah Twitch definitely says it's unlimited. Thanks.

Something is up with Twitch. It has been escalated.
As far as Drops in general. We are investigating. It is working perfectly fine for some people and not for others. We are going through to see if the problem is on our side or Twitch.

All right I just jumped through some hoops and and now appears to have my accounts linked.
It was really confusing, especially since Twitch showed me as linked and I had received drops in previous years.
I'll test later and see if I can get some drops now. First though I need to get my No Man's Sky Drops for today.

I watched the content stream
Twitch says my account is connected.
Twitch says I claimed the pack.I never got the pack.
Sounds like a your end problem SDS.

3 drops claimed on twitch: 0 in inventory. this includes today’s stream as well. i’ve unlinked and relinked accounts, restarted the game, still no drops. everything worked fine for me last year, only now having issues.
