Why cant I see a Broadcast game online?

When I challenge a buddy, whom I only play with this title, WHY OH WHY can we not see the full baseball game? Do you guys understand half the draw of baseball is the ATMOSPHERE?!

This has been going on for how many years now?

Should be able to, do you both have it set to broadcast in Main Menu settings?
