So they told me I need to unlink one of my accounts on the app, here, and then everything will show back up. But neglected to tell me how to do that! Ugh.

I submitted a ticket, i didnt get my content from my MVP edition on ps5 i just downloaded it yesterday. I have an account on xbox and switch as well. How long until this will be addressed or did i waste another $90 on this game.

Under general settings somewhere, you can activate something called "fastplay". It removes the camera pan outs with two strikes when pitching, as well as other ambient stuff.
I believe if you change that, you'll be good. Unfortunately, I don't have a console available right in front of me to get you the direct path through the menus.
