Notifications for a random person

I keep receiving push notifications for a person who I have no idea who they are, they are not on my friends list. When they beat bosses or pull packs, etc.

I've turned off notifications, but I want them on ... For my actual friends.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Can you check if you're receiving the same notifications in the notifications tab on the app or in the notifications screen on the website? Thanks!
