Packs Closing

I bought the jump starter pack for 15k and while I was making my picks, the pack closed. I didn't get a single player, my stubs are gone, and I can't see the pack in my pack history. The pack also says 1 of 1 bought in the store, yet I don't have any of the players. I hope this can get fixed because I would like to use Kyle Schwarber, Ozzie Albies, Carlos Rodon, Jesse Winker and whoever my fifth pick would be.
