Is anyone else not getting levels for players? I’ve used Luis Robert for 4 online games and 12 off line and he has 0 levels. And when I get close with some players they stop for a game then decide after a game or two to get levels to level up.

Likely the servers having issues because of the pre-launch. Pretty standard this time of year.
