SDS Ripped me off

So I preordered the Digital Deluxe edition of MLB 22 for PS4 yesterday (3/30/22) at the time, and when I went to log into the game, NO packs have shown up. I have done ALL "fixes" people have recommended to me including: spamming in and out of my Stubs and Packs tab, closing app and going back in multiple times, and resetting my console numerous times. I also put in a support ticket but let's see how long it takes for them to respond.

Go to the stubs secetion and then back out. You will have your 25k and packs.

Did it over 20 times now, doesn't work. Also saw that other people tried it and it still didn't work for them either.

Did you close down the game? Do it a couple of times if needed. That worked for me.

Then they don't read what I've actually said and expect me to say they are the smartest person alive lmfao. NOT preordering again if it is anything like this.

After you accept the terms and conditions, quit the game and then go back in. They should show up then.

I know it sucks. Mine took about 20 minutes and a game restart to show up. But the only options right now look to be being patient and maybe checking in the morning and contacting SDS at the support link two message before yours.

Anyone try to reinstall the game?

I got my packs and went to open them and then the servers went down, when I log back in they are nowhere to be found. This game is a joke
