Buying the game tomorrow

Simple question : is it possible to buy the MVP or Digital Deluxe game tomorrow and gain early access? Or the early access is a "preorder only" thing ? What will I loose If I wait after the release?
(I'm waiting on a xbox live card code bought online to arrive...)

Yes, you'll loose it, I have not heard that its changed and in years past we've lost early access after 12am/9pm.

Yes, you'll loose it, I have not heard that its changed and in years past we've lost early access after 12am/9pm.
Are you sure? I never thought it was all or nothing and that if you ordered one of those editions any time before the Tuesday release that it would grant early access.

You won't lose early access. If you buy the DD or MVP version you'll get to play it before Tues. Even if you order Monday night at 11:30pm EST.

Are you sure? I never thought it was all or nothing and that if you ordered one of those editions any time before the Tuesday release that it would grant early access.
In past years they've said it during live streams so the 9pm/12am cut off use to be the case, now I have not heard anything about this year so I'm not 100% sure for this year.
