Is it true i saw a video on YouTube that these are 30 days and done? So unlike previous years you either get them or you don’t no go back later? Part of me would be ok with this as my son started playing the show later in the season like Mid September and pretty much had most cards non BR and RS by the end of the WS. I just feel there should be a better payoff for those that put the effort in since day 1

As a Cardinals fan I like Tommy Edman quite a bit but choosing him as the Face of The Franchise Card? He might have been like my 7th or 8th pick?
Is it because Arenado, Goldschmidt, O'Neill, Bader and Gallegos all finished as diamonds last year? What about Wainwright or Molina (realizing that the Pujols signing was too late)

Yup, Williams, Clase and Chapman are gonna make the opening weeks a hitting issue in the later innings.

I'll say this before anyone goes on a tangent about his H/9 being 114. I am one of the biggest haters of no-hitter cards and juiced H/9 for starting pitchers. Relievers having those H/9 numbers has never been a problem

I'm right there with you. I liked the No Hitter cards, but like you....I think they devalued many other cards that should have been elite like Pedro and Bob Gibson. With the bullpen, it's a much different ballgame.

Williams is going to be BP if those pitch velocities aren’t a mistake. Either sit 4SFB at 96, or any of the other three pitches at 83.

Again. I think the name of this program is simply an alliterative term to be catchy. Obviously many of these are not the face of the franchise. I like this because so far we had 2 SPs out of 24 now 3 of 25.
Seager, Manoah, Casey Mize, Tommy Edman, Devin Williams, Clase, Sean Murphy, Lindor, Chapman, Josh Bell....none of these guys are the face of their franchise, but not every pick can be a Trout or Acuna.
As for the NL West:
DBacks- Ketel Marte
Padres- Mike Clevinger or Jake Cronenworth
Giants- Logan Webb or Brandon Crawford
Rockies- Blackmon, Marquez or Bryant
Dodgers- Will Smith with a comedian slapping quirk. -

That's true but Stroman did just sign a rather large contract for the Cubs who have very few options. Had there been more than 3 starting pitchers, I'd say this was an L but we need SPs.
