How many 9 Inning Games

Does anyone know how many 9 Inn games it would take to parallel a starting pitcher from 0 (no stats) to P5?

Totally depends on online or offline. You can p1 a pitcher in one 9 inning game depending on how well you pitch and the amount of strikeouts online. So that's 500xp right there. There is so many factors that it's hard to say considering there is no details here.

This is simply not true….I’ve done this many times over and not ONE of my batters has made it to P5 in 20-25 games.

This thread is about starting pitching, not batters. I don't think anyone is claiming you can P0 to P5 a batter in 20-25 games.

Attempted humor….just the out of context description of “if you strikeout 20-25 times in a game”. Humorous to me to envision being terrible enough as a batter to do that.

How many 9 inning games on Rookie vs the CPU?
I'd do the math myself but am not near my console to check out the points awarded.
Let's assume that I pitch a complete game shutout and get 15-17 Ks per game.

Pitching XP you would get exactly 300 xp for 16k complete game SO. Divide that by 10,000 would be 33.3 games. Hitting stats for pitchers count also so you can cut a few games out of that also. So lets say 50xp per game safely. 10,000/350= 28-29 games.
