I think Its worth it..
If you beat the 1st missions plus the Showdown, you've already earned your stubs back.. but personally
I've pulled a few diamonds with the Packs earned. Whether its the Pack you get when you beat the 2nd showdown boss.. or affinity Packs.

I've probably attempted the AL West one about 20X. Closest I came to finishing it was when I made it to Verlander only needing 1 Run and I got a Server Error when the Mission loaded.
If I knew I would've had that many tries, I would have just paid the extra 10K and done the exchanges.

They are definitely fixed. They dont even try to hide it.

Acuna, Martel & Yates..Lucky you. I have completed probably 15 showdowns, probably lost 5 after receiving the pack, bought a 50 bundle, did U.S. conquest and pulled Matt Chapman. Chapman was from a conquest pack.

Here is a solution to your problems. Play the cpu like the Yankees op team on hof or legend difficulty. Practice and play and get better with the smaller pci and the hard to locate pitches. Once you get better and get the timing down run through showdown you will thank me and make a ton of Stubbs along the way. I know it’s not what you want to hear nobody wants to “grind” or “practice” against a cpu but I know from experience it works
