Monte Irvin 8 TB moment is impossible

I've been trying for almost two days and nothing. All my hits go straight to the deepest part of the CF but in this park it's useless and if i go to LF or RF Betts and Pollock looks like they have "ball magnets".
Any suggestion? -
Keep trying. Monte is a good hitter. I got lucky and finished it with two swings the first time. Good luck!!

I finally got it done today after about 45 minutes. I’m glad that’s over with.

I forget is this the one at Polo Grounds or Dodger Stadium? If it's Polo Grounds try to hit the ball to either the sides or where the bullpens are in Right or Left Field he has great speed.
If it's in LA just use directional (it's a moment so who cares) and aim for the left field bleachers and power swing. I thought it would take me forever but like others have said he has such a great swing.

Any suggestion?I did have trouble with this one because it didn’t matter where or how hard you hit it, the OF wad getting to it. I hit a perfect perfect to dead center that was caught. We’re talking about catching something on the fly that’s not like 470 feet.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but can't you skip this moment in you play online? You'll eventually get hits with RF (or LF, I forget which one is needed) or homeruns with Giants. Just fill your outfield with whichever is needed.

I did it probably 20x using power swing. Did the regular swing and of course did it first time.

I saved this program because I maxed the 9th. Oh, joy. This should be fun.
EDIT: Just realized the XP from this doesn't count in the 10th inning.

@TiedyeTrader_XBL Same for me with the kangaroo hop ground rule doubles. Got them on consecutive at bats! Then got an insider. -
Ya this one took me as long as any moments had all year for the reasons described above. My favorite part of if was just destroying a ball to ever so slightly left center only for it to one hop the wall for a 480 foot ground rule double. Of course then I went single HR for 7 bases. A minute of silent pouting ensued…..eventually I went HR single HR I believe but it took a while.

This is how I feel too. I just don’t like it when you have to get homeruns or 8 tb but the pitcher makes no mistakes. Then it just becomes tedious.
