Bro what are you on? Polanco is more deserving than Buxton by a mile. Why would Buxton get a Finest? I don’t think you understand what Finest cards are for. The man didn’t play sooooooo
-
Talk about getting cheated the Rangers will probably get another Ardolis Garcia and leave out....ummm

I didn't say that Polanco wasn't deserving. He's the right choice for the Twins Team Affinity. What I'm saying is that Buxton definitely deserved a Finest Card from one the 2 Finest choice packs that they released this week over guys like Schwindel and Nimmo. By the way, take a look at how many games Schwindel played compared to Buxton. Buxton played 61 games compared to Schwindel's 56. Yet, they still gave Schwindel a Finest card. So, your argument falls pretty flat.

Personally I would have liked a Buxton Finest too. But it's not like they disregarded his season. He got a diamond LS immediately, then he got a 42 diamond in TA1 and then he was the lightning champion PoTM or whatever you wanna call it for April. By my count he's still got more cards than Freeman, Tatis, Trout and a whole host of others. I get what you are saying about players like Nimmo and Schwindel but there are so many deserving players that didn't get a Finest.
As for Puckett and Killebrew. I know a guy who knows a girl who does SDS' taxes and we'll probably get them next inning.

Yea, I think I'm actually more frustrated about not getting a 99 Puckett yet. Buxton was probably a long shot. Just to clarify though, Buxton only has 2 cards in the game. His live series and POTM. He didn't get the 42 card in TA1. That was Jose Berrios.

Flat? No. My argument was for Polanco not Schwindel or Nimmo. Was solely talking about twins TA

Oh you're right, my bad. I was thinking about Salvy for some reason. I know the two are nothing alike hahaha, but yeah.
I'm extremely confident that Puckett will fet a player program or be a Boss next inning.

I understand the argument. schwindel played 60 games and got a finest, I know he had a hot month or two, but they’re were guys who got snubbed that had better full years. Nimmo had 300abs and 8or 9 home runs and hit under 300, so I mean I get it.

I take Willians every time in BR. I love that guy.

Agreed. No doubt Polanco was deserving, but Schwidel and Nimmo over Buxton is just crazy to me for the additional Finest packs. Frank had less Pa's then Byron did. Heck, even if the excuse is to try to sell more packs.....If the 99 was anywhere close to his April POTM, a 99 Buxton would have been one of the best cards in the game. (Lets hold out some hope that he is one of the 2 or 3 finest collection rewards!

They had Mauer on the cover twice. Maybe if they won something recently or had a great player(s) currently, you'd see more Twins
Ok I can accept that, but what exactly have the Mets done in recent years? I'm sure most people would agree that they were in no way deserving of 3 finest card this year. Even the Cubs and Orioles are going to have at least 2.
Mets made the 2015 WS, '16 WC game, produced Harvey, deGrom, Alonso, Smith. Had Wheeler, Dan Murphy, D'Arnaud but let them go. Produced Syndergaard. We've done some things lately.

It seems that the SDS hates 29 teams which is truly impressive, will a Padres fan step up and make a case on why they hate the Padres so we can round it up to 30?

To be fair, I don't actually think SDS hates the Twins. I was being.a bit tongue in cheek with that comment. But, I am still salty that we don't have a 99 Puckett yet,so I was hoping maybe we'd at least get a 99 Buxton in the meantime. The Twins so rarely get new legends in the game (and no, Walter Johnson does not count. He played for the Washington Senators, not the Twins), so it stinks that we still don't have his best card in the game. So, to make up for this I demand a 99 Twins legend Nick Punto in MLB 22.

Are you saying Bert Blyleven isn't an amazing legend?
And I will hear no slander, Nick Punto is a Cardinals legend and he has the ring to prove it.
I hope you get Joe Mauer next year

Well, Bert Blyleven will always be a legend in my eyes for swearing on live television. And yes, Nick Punto is also a great Cardinals legend. I would love it if he got Joe Mauer back in the game, too. His card from MLB 17 was one of my favorite cards in The Show ever.

As usual I question their decisions. I am not sure Buxton deserved one due to low number of games played. Schwindel played even fewer than Buxton but since the Cubs had a fire sale at the deadline their choices were slim.
I also question the distribution? Looks like their will be 50 finest cards total from what I can see. That would be two per team for every team except 10, who would have one. But that is not the case..
The Brewers get 4?
Mets get 3?
Atlanta gets 3?
Houston gets 3?That seems a little lopsided. Cardinals only get one but I am not complaining as most of our starters have a boosted card already (minus SS but our SS's are not deserving). Now that I think about it, Wainwright only had a 96 signature, carried the team all year and came in 7th in the NL Cy Young voting so a case could be made for him.
But I am sure that there are other teams only getting a single card that are lacking high end diamonds that could have used a second one in place of giving other teams 3 or 4.
