Pci is garbage and so is this game

First pic was a no doubt 2 run shot by mookie. Second pic was a no doubt solo shot on the next pitch by schwarber. And the third pic was an dribbled to the catcher for a hit. I’m sick of the garbage results. This was all on HOF. This game is unplayable. I can’t stand not getting rewarded for good swings. I’ve waited all year for and endgame tatis to use just for fun and I gotta wait til November??? When the game is dead and hitting is more broken than ever??? Game engine is atrocious, i want to keep playing hoping to have fun but I’ll win a couple legit and get rewarded then games like this happen.

Dude hitting has been broken since 18. I wish they would go back to the 16 hitting engine.

You're the home team, which means you chose to play at Shippett. I'm sorry, but what exactly were you expecting?
The hitting may not be perfect, but you aren't doing yourself any favors playing at a small stadium with high elevation. Everyone and their grandmother knows the ball flies there. You shouldn't be shocked that two players with over 100 power can put it over the wall when the ball is only slightly outside the inner PCI with good timing.

Engine itself is the same. They've just made PCI adjustments and introduced ball physics. The ball physics have never seemed to be ironed out since they brought them into the game.

The finer details need to be polished on MLB The Show. Not just this year's iteration. But the actual engine/coding/whatever. The presentation is covering up the problems behind the scenes and only the players who start to play competitively (ie. Zone hitting, RS, higher difficulty vs CPU) realize it. SDS got my 80-90 bucks for this year's collectors edition, but no more of that in the coming years. Maybe when it's on sale and I'm bored of all other games I own.

If that’s your excuse for what resulted of those swings then idk what to tell you. Maybe I should’ve put my good/good swings that died before the warning track with 125 power. I chose shippett so that wouldn’t happen…

Sorry, but if you play at shippett, you should expect that type of play. The theme all year is if you're early, it's a bomb at shippett.

Is this online or offline?
I really wish people would specify in their original posts. Online and offline play are VERY different in terms of how the game plays.

99.9% of complaint posts are about online play, 100% of the time they come after a loss.

Neither of those were early nor even in his pci. What are you on? I had good timing good pcis that died at the wall. It’s inconsistent
