So, the teaser on the new calendar is “99, 99, 99, 99, 99…”
Were all the Finest 99s last year? I thought there were 97 and 98s in there. Maybe not Finest? I’d definitely be surprised if it’s not.
And, personally, I’m not a fan of everyone getting a 99. I know some like it for finest and the new postseason program, for instance. Just a bit much and overdone to me, just like how Topps Now was overdone at the end. Whatever I guess, I know some like it. It just don’t, personally.

Also, what would be the point of say releasing a 89 overall Finest Akil Baddoo? SDS has backed themselves into a corner, imagine the outcry if finest aren't as good or better then Topps now cards or postseason cards and such that they have already released. It's 99 or bust at this point.

I saw the date for the release of TA5 awhile back, but now I can't find it anywhere. Do you know when they release TA5?

Since most of the hardcore grinders already have lineups full of 99s and there's only so many ways that SDS can make one 99 better than another, there's a very good chance that quite a few of the TA5 cards won't be good enough to make everyone's god squads. I'll have some popcorn ready for all the complaint threads lol.
