I didn't received all of them. Claimed 9 but received 4 only.

One possible explanation/complication: My Twitch account is connect to one email address while my PSN account is attached to another. It was never an issue before, but who knows with the new setup.

I claimed 10 and received 9. We haven’t had drops all year then start them back last weekend. So it makes no sense to not have them this weekend.

It is connecting via your unique user ID on each platform, so the emails not matching wouldn't cause an issue.

I still have the same issue as well.
I have provided my info to support via ticket and a Twitch screenshot like the one above.
It did not help matters that the support person handling the ticket cut and paste from an apparently old checklist of how to link a Twitch account when I had already clearly explained what was happening.
There appears to be some confusion as to what they are to do or how they are to help.
I am not going to blame the person handling the ticket since the ones who set up the Twitch Drops are the ones who need to explain to them how to help the community that have still not received all of their claimed packs.
If there are more drops planned, this will need to get resolved or it's going to be another headache for SDS in resolving it. -
I claimed 4 and only received one. I am not mad about it, but if it helps others there is my info.

Thanks. The more scenarios, the more we have to investigate what is causing the issues.

I’m still not able to get them. I set up an account but when I log in there’s no link to connect to Twitch. I’ve gotten emails with steps to follow but the system won’t let me. Wish we could figure out why. Are there still linking issues for some of us unlucky souls?

I never got anything after I signed up for the scouting report... not sure why

I claimed 10 (five of each type). They are showing on the Twich/Drops/Inventory page. Never received any in game. Didn't worry too much about it but it would have been nice to receive.
(At the moment, I think I need to reconnect my account after changing Twitch PW earlier, but I'm thinking I can't currently do that with the servers down). -

So I think I sorted things out on my end. The link from the twitch website to connect your Show account takes you to the main page (theshow.com). I logged in and dug around in My Account. Found the Dashboard page, but Linked Accounts / Twitch option was unconnected, without a clickable prompt to link it. I was logged in via my PS account, so I tried creating a Show Account. THEN I was able to link Twitch.
I feel like maybe this is where the disconnect is happening? Accounts like mine who successfully claimed drops in the past became unlinked. And re-connecting wasn't very easy/intuitive? Anyway - thanks for looking into it. As usual - I've really enjoyed the game this year.

I never got 8 of my packs, honestly I didn't get anything good from the ones I did get so my hopes arnt too high but what do we do about this??
