Fangraphs has him as a terrible fielder, using gold gloves or being "up for one", is what you are missing. Gold Gloves are nice trophies, but generally they don't really mean to much, plenty of bad fielders got gold glove.s

Different attributes are weighed differently for different positions. For 1B Power is a major factor. He has low power for a 1B

If he was a primary 2B, where power is less important, he would be more than likely be a diamond.

Also to add he was a diamond for months. Plus how would it look him being a diamond and the guy with the most WAR in baseball, well besides Ohtani who's pitching plus hitting and fielding WAR put him ahead, Carlos Correa is a gold.
