Ranked Seasons games have me completely drained after playing one full game. I don’t know how some of you can play 3 in a row or more, but kudos.

It’s fun…it’s more of a chess match than a three inning game on slow pitch softball difficulty.

Wish I could play even remotely this well. It's my first season and I get lucky to score 2 runs on a ranked season game in the low 300s. Kinda makes online unattractive to just get smoked by much better players. I'd love to play events, BR or RS but don't really see the point if I'm playing playing against people who think the difficulty feels like slow pitch softball.

I’m sure you will improve. Just have to play. Only way to get better.

I found it helpful to just quit my job, get a divorce and just play 15 hours a day. I got rid of all of my friends and just stopped paying bills, I only spend money on alcohol and cigarettes now. Within about 7 weeks I went from a 300 rating to a 325 rating, I'm expecting to be at 350 by the end of the month. So I agree, if you keep playing you will definitely get better, just look at me.

Oh, and the max amount of XP daily really through a wrench in my plan.......................

See you need a few things to fully excel. Get you up to the 400’s.

I find that you also need a mini fridge/ freezer, a toaster oven or microwave and a pee bottle right next to your game set up. Might even consider having a 5 gallon bucket near by for those other bathroom needs. Make sure you’re fully stocked on energy drinks and hot pockets. I’d recommend switching from cigarettes to chewing tobacco (don’t need to hold chewing tobacco in your hand). Also instead of beer get a large box of wine. The box of wine just saves space.

And don’t forget to use a long swirly straw for a fun hands free drinking experience.

This is my first year to play. I started the year playing mostly offline. Would play a ranked game here and there. Finally started playing events and BR and it helped more than anything. Personally, I think they are the best way to get better at the game. One thing about them is that a loss in Events and BR really isn't a big deal. With ranked you don't want want to see that ranking drop, but with the others it just isn't a big deal...especially with events which are free entry. Also, with Events and BR you get a wide variety of competition. You get to play some worse than you, some at your level and when you put together a few wins, you will play someone significantly better.

It’s really not that hard. I already have 26 wins. Should have Wagner by tomorrow lol. If you’re good or decent you’ll get a lot of quits early on for quick wins.

Counter point to the beer can helmet, if I may.

Not to be “that” guy, but what were you thinking with that comment. People are trying to actively help OP and then you casual suggest something this obscene? We’re all trying to help and then you suggest a costume item from the alcoholic dad starter kit? What’s next? Open toe sandals with mid shin high white socks? Cut off jean shorts that were cut a little to short? Mustard stained and sweat stained white tee?

    Show some decorum.
