Chapman will not get replaced because there are not many good lefty relievers. Belli is great and I am using him now, but chances are he gets replaced by someone later

Sitting at 99 br points. Once I win this next game, who should I take? Bellinger, and Chapman are the ones I have narrowed it down too. What say you guys?

Limited options for elite LH closers. Lot of options for OF + 1B (Bellinger’s secondary). Depends on your needs. I bought chap last season at about 200 and picked up Bellinger this season.

Also, Bellinger is eligible for next event if you’re doing that.

When was Chapman 200 K lmao?

Ha, typo! 2 would have definitely been the steal of the year….300, and seeing his price now still a good buy at the time.

I bought Musial for like 250k like a week after him and Chapman dropped and they were roughly the same price. I think a lot of 12-0 dudes had a pack saved then and not this time around

    I chose 99 Arrieta and haven’t looked back. He’s amazing on HoF+.

Passing on Bellinger since I know Griffey is coming. Already have Chapman. Passing on Kinley since he’s a clone of Mo.

I wasn’t sure if I had missed that or what, but I didn’t remember him going that low. Gossage was down to 200K when TA4 dropped. I just paid 400 k for him smh.

Have both and it’s just my POV. Don’t disagree that I’d prefer Bellinger, but they play very similarly for me.

Bellinger is an endgame, 5-tool outfielder; I cannot say the same for Yelich. They both are lefty hitters with great swings and good power; however, Yelich is not going to make too many squads as a starter, he is a liability in the OF. Bellinger is an elite fielder and probably the best outfielder (haven’t used the Hank Aaron yet) in the game so far.
This is just my opinion, and if Yelich is playing well for you then I am happy for you. He has a very good card and t like his swing a lot.

RP is much harder to fill than 1B/OF. I took Belly, but wish i would have taken Chapman

Mantle, Kemp, Aaron, Harper, Guerrero, Betts, Hampson, Soriano, Gonzalez, Sheffield, Clemente, Nootbaar, Robert are all better than Bellinger.

And if I had to choose between Yelich and Bellinger, I’d rather have Yelich. They both have low contact vs LHP, so I’d take the guy that’s at least maxed out against righties. Yelich has enough speed and good enough fielding that I wouldn’t consider him a liability either.

I disagree with most (I have not used all) in the first part, but I do respect your opinion and who is best for you. I agree there is no outfielder anyone needs because it is a deep position.

I value defense in the outfield, and Belliinger is a far superior defender then Yelich. They are both fun cards, and I am by no means someone that should be giving any type of advice, and I’m not; it’s all just my opinion. It’s a video game. Let’s have fun. I wish I can try every card.
