Are Trouts just easier to find now?
-
After years of never pulling one from any pack, I've pulled three in the last 7 days. One was a choice pack when I got to 650k XP, the second was a Ballin' pack, and just now I pulled one from a regular pack. This is in addition to the one I purchased some time ago in order to acquire Chipper.
I sold the first two that I found, and I'm about to sell the third. Based on the steep drop in price each day, I'm guessing that the market is being flooded, but I thought I'd ask here to see how common Trout cards are in packs nowadays.

I know if you finish you're 6th inning program you have a good chance of getting him.

Here I am never having pulled him the entire time I've been playing the Show.
-
It's the choice pack at 650k, first time this year we got this. So yes lots are pulling him.
-
I pulled two last week alone (reward pack, 650 choice pack) and 3 for the year so far so yeah, seems easier to get one.

I got him in my 650k choice back and then I literally opened about 10 other regular packs I got through team affinity four and I pulled him again. So I pulled him twice this year and it was both within 10 minutes of each other lol I think they are handing them out like candy.

I pulled him 0 times, even when hitting 650k

What was your most expensive choice in that 650k pack?
-
I've never pulled a Trout. I get to 650 every inning and every other time they throw out the 90+ guarantee packs. I've been doing DD for the past 4 or 5 years now.
-
just pulled him today for the 3rd time this year and third time ever.
-
I found and thrilled to finish

Trout missed the whole season with a sprained calf.
Trout is moving into the dusk of his career as a .305 career hitter with 300 home runs having won nothing and being somewhat injury prone.
-
He started this season better than ever. Stuff happens.
-
I quick flipped him one time this year. My one and only Trout pull.

I was talking to a friend just the other day about how injures are starting to mount up and that 2019 might have been the final season for Trout as the title holder in the heavy wieght division with all the talent currently in the league. I'm 44 and watched Griffey who was just amazing but had the injury bug, or jinx might be a better way to describe it. It sucks getting old and it sucks seeing another guy who makes watching baseball more fun wether your rooting for or against him seem to be headed for the if he could have stayed healthy group of players when his career ends. Acuna seems to have everything you need to be the next big guy but now he has a really bad injury that will be a tuff rehab and a long process to get back to the guy he was when he went down. Bryant has been derailed and I thought before injury he was heading for best in the game and the face of baseball for many years. People dont seem to talk a lot about longevity and staying healthy as major attributes but the older I get the more I appreciate guys like Miggy and Pujols who are wrapping up careers that have covered half my life.

Can't leave out Buxton when talking about 'what if' not for injury

I mean, he was having the best early season start of his career before he got hurt, but whatever.
Injuries are one thing, but something tells me we’ve still got a while before actual regression hits trout.
-
I pulled trout three times last year and open a ton of packs. This year I opened as many packs and did pull him on day one but never again

Seems like Trout is still a young phenom that will blow up and be the goat, but he is 30.

I wonder how much of a boost Trout has received statistically from playing meaningless games on the west coast getting blown out all the time. Teams have probably just tossed their last reliever out there and told him to keep the ball over the plate for a decent amount of Trouts plate appearances.
