I wouldn’t say greatest glove but probably biggest/hardest chest. Kinda looks like he pumps out his chest and blocks the ball. Then runs it over to 1st lol

Frank would make them pay. Wayyy more often than not. It's a great way to get a lot of positive AB's with him, and even log a lot of innings with him overall
Frank played every game at first for me in ‘19 once i got him through the xp path. Dude had a gold glove, NOTHING got by him.
Frank blew a no hitter in Maddux debut for me. A routine pop fly he didn't get to. He reacted so slow.

I felt that way until I used Keith Hernandez on my 80s theme team later that year. Very noticeable difference. He’s more than adequate, though.

I love Boggs, have always hit great with him. I got Eddie Murray as soon as his card came out and he is awesome for me, easily the best all around hitter on my team which like everyone now is all 99's. Being a switch hitter helps and he's a good fielder.

Went 2 for 5 in my Thomas debut, but didn't homer until the last AB. I never hit well with him.
And Fuzzy said he's the best hitter in the game.

This is one reason that Honus and Jackie are so valuable. You can pinch run for one of your slow first basemen and then slide one them into first defensively. Really allows your bench to have more options.

Thomas is at least hitting for me, Giambi on the other hand is a pop up machine and he is now 0-15 and i normally hit really well with his cards.

I had a few good swings with Thomas yesterday, nothing but weak flyballs. Same with Mantle.
But of course, my opponent ended up with off PCI homeruns. So ridiculous.

He's unreal. I've hit some shocking homeruns. I hit a laser that didn't even look high enough to get out. He smoked it.

I've hit a few dingers w/ him. It seems everytime I hit with him it always goes to Right Center....super odd

Those with Adley who are crushing everything, are you playing on AS or HOF? Just I was tempted to try him but his contact scares me a bit on HOF against all the fireballers we have now

Not hitting well with Adley but I got Carter and he is good a few HR and doubles so far. Castilla is my SS at the moment until I finish off Chipper to level 5, Should be done by the end of the weekend, I do not have wagner or Rollins yet. Murray is my 1B at level 3.
