Honestly, one of the next bigger releases has to be a CF. There haven't been any releases over a 97 all year I believe.
Edit: Mullins is a 98 from TA3. But no 98+ other than that in the game so far.

Counterpoint: When they announced milestone cards they used Miggy's Triple crown as an example. He will get a triple crown card. they knew going into the season that both 500 and 3000 were very possible this year
