Help with Schwarber Diamond Lightning

I have done all the missions, moments and the Topps Now monthly moments. Did not sell any cards. I am 3 cards short in my collection Holt, Desclafani, and Luke Williams. I have checked and double checked and can't find anything left to do.

Can be purchased in the market.

Is that the only way to get them or should I have been able to get them through regular game play?

You should get half the Topps Now cards needed by doing all the Topps Now Moments for that month. Then as you do the POTM program you will earn the packs again, allowing you to choose the players that you did not choose the first time. That should get you all of the Topps Now cards needed. If you have done that and are missing some still then you probably either sold some or chose duplicates when you got the second packs during the program.
In that case your only option is to buy them off the market
