Help with monitor refresh rate?

I bought a monitor awhile back. Its got 1ms response time. But its only 75 ghz refresh rate. Would that make much difference if we had 175 or so? I can tell some differece between monitor and tv but wondering if i need more of refresh rate.

The game is capped at 60HZ anyway so you’re plenty fine until they upgrade to 120HZ

It’s fine as it is. Input lag is a more important spec anyway but most monitors with low response time has low input lag as well.
