Getting hits w Ozzie Smith is brutal

Prior to the pitch, push the right stick directly right to lock in your preference to bunt to that side. Then hold the left stick all the way down and to the right (SE) while you bunt. If the pitch is in the strike zone, you will bunt it toward the second baseman 80% of the time.

I so agree with that. I had the hardest time hitting a homer off of Gallegos for the moments. He's like 60 contact and 70 power and Gallegos is juice to 87 overall and not throwing many mistakes. Very tough for normal humans like me.

I so agree with that. I had the hardest time hitting a homer off of Gallegos for the moments. He's like 60 contact and 70 power and Gallegos is juice to 87 overall and not throwing many mistakes. Very tough for normal humans like me.
That one took me 2 1/2 hours seriously I lucked out on a 3-2 pitch just a little elevated down the middle. I had multiple perfect/perfect that died in center

For the life of me I cannot do the 3 game 5XBH challenge with him...he is so bad. I got to four XBHs and the final at bat there was a computer runner on first and what should of been a double the runner stopped midway to second then stopped at second and screwed me over

That first game is very important where he faces a lefty. got 3XBH first game (HR and 2 doubles to right center), XBH in game 2 late then dashboarded like 8 times until I got an XBH in the 3rd game

bunt to third. If he gets it down, he beats the throw 99% of the time.
And as far as them inflating his offensive ability, it's more so because they can't accurately recreate his defensive value in the game.
Yup, I bunted to 3rd on all his missions too. Got it done pretty quick.

It was easy for me. I even got 2 hr’s with rookie Oz including an inside the park.
I also got an inside the park with Ozzie. On the first at-bat! Really took my anxiety down for that moment. Use that speed.

Face right pitchers and bunt on the second pitch of an at bat. Contact swing when you get to 2 strikes.

I am totally with OP on this normally. Typically it is BRUTAL getting a bunch of hits or extra base hits or whatever with guys as weak as Ozzie but for whatever reason I hit well with his card. It took 8 singles to get the 8 TBs but I did it in about 17 or 18 ABs. So I can’t complain this time.
