Twitter folks.... do a search for Ryan M Spaeder.

As an Astros fan for over 30+ years, I'm happy somebody else opened their mouth besides Fiers.

Enjoy the read. Especially if you are an Utley, Beltre, Dodgers or Royals fan.

It all seems to fall back to teams Carlos Beltran was on too. Beltran was shocked at how far behind the Astros were the rest of the league in sign stealing when he got to Houston. We will never get all the info, but slowly things will come out.

Ah, Mike Fiers. I'm always baffled at how quickly the whole "He was in a relationship with an underage girl" thing vanished without explanation

While I don't doubt all the things this guy mentioned actually happened there are a few things that make me question the legitimacy of this guy as a source.
1.He mentions that the 2015 Royals had the most advanced video crew at the time but straight up says he doesn't know how they cheated, just kind of assuming they cheated without actual proof
2."Chase Utley was the biggest cheater ever" without any context whatsoever.
    3. That Adrian Beltre had a guy in centerfield with binoculars in centerfield that waved a shirt if it was an offspeed pitch. Don't you think there would be video evidence of a guy standing on the GRASS at globe life field of this happening.
    4. MLB reporters not named Passan or Rosenthal are notoriously bad at reporting false information. I have never heard of this guy so I'm not sure of his track record.

Now I don't doubt for a second that any of this happened. I would just like some more facts before I trust an unproven source

I doubt someone would just throw all these random accusations especially when he can be sued if none of it is true. He also has former players telling him all this too btw, if anyone speaks up and isn’t anonymous I’m sure it would be easier to trust. Funny thing is I’ve speculated and heard a few of them from a few college players who hang with major league players/ friends of major leaguers. There’s a lot of stuff that has gone on that might get broken into.

It all seems pretty reasonable except for the Beltre one. Like there would pretty clearly have to be video evidence of a the same guy waving his shirt in multiple games somewhere. I would have believed everything without a second thought if it wasn't for that one

Me too, I’m skeptical but looks like we’ll just have to search for ourselves to try and find it. I do believe the Yankees cheated without a doubt though.
