Little annoyance here. I got in a freeze off in BR with a guy and I was down 1-0 in the bottom of the first. After pulling a ball foul into the crowd, the game froze. I didn't want to quit because my opponent had a subpar record and I had a pretty good draft, one that I know I could go flawless with. So I decided to grab something to eat and take a shower. When I came back, the game was still frozen and my opponent didn't quit. Considering I was down, even though it was just one run in the first inning, and the fact that I was only at 3-0 in my run, I decided to uphold the gentlemen agreement and I took the L by quitting the game.
What would you have done in this situation? If my run was anything above 9-0, I would've waited it out in this situation. If only they could fix this nonsense, it's been a thing for years now and it's so annoying.
I was in a freeze off yesterday in RS tied 3-3 in the 7th or 8th, after about 15-20 minutes somehow it unfroze with me stealing 3rd base.. so sometimes I would say wait it out especially if you’re on a decent BR run, but I probably wouldn’t wait more than an hour
It did? Wow I've never heard about a game unfreezing before after such an amount of time.
Yeah I was surprised when it unfroze, the game played normally after

That's hilarious. I've been playing this game for a long time and I've been in a decent amount of freeze offs and never has this happened to me. I literally didn't know it was possible. Guess you learn something new every day!

I have the worst luck ever. All NL East silver live series cards except for Travis D'arnaud lead to trout in a BR run and that's who I got in one of my runs. I was 9-0 and was excited for Trout then I checked my 12 win reward and got mad.
Who was it?
Cole. The two times I have been at 9 wins I have got Betts and Cole as my 12 game rewards which also happen to be the only two 90+ live series diamonds I have pulled this year. Can't get a Trout, DeGrom or Acuna I have to get the guys I already have lol.
The only blue light I’ve seen this year is Acuna, when he was cheaper; nothing but purple before or since

Same man, this was the first time this has happened to me. I’m glad it worked out though, just took a little patience

All these people saying they wouldn't quit are the same ones who complain that they are up and it froze and that the other guy should quit. I feel like pretty much no matter the situation if you're down you should quit. But then again I'm not really that great at the game so I guess I just like a quick dub when it happens

Im up 2-0 in a WS ranked game and I don't need the win at all and Im sure my opponent doesn't either. Watched a movie with my family and the dude is still waiting it out even though he is down 2-0.
Doesn't sound like much, but I would equate a run to a touchdown in Madden on legend in World Series. People are unreal.

If I was down I would have quit out right away. Only reason I didn't is because I was about to get off and I was winning. Aholes on this game with their R2 spamming and waiting out freeze offs when they are down, using sidearm CAP pitchers, bunting......If I saw any of these mfers on a real diamond they wouldn't be having a good day.
