What would you do?

Little annoyance here. I got in a freeze off in BR with a guy and I was down 1-0 in the bottom of the first. After pulling a ball foul into the crowd, the game froze. I didn't want to quit because my opponent had a subpar record and I had a pretty good draft, one that I know I could go flawless with. So I decided to grab something to eat and take a shower. When I came back, the game was still frozen and my opponent didn't quit. Considering I was down, even though it was just one run in the first inning, and the fact that I was only at 3-0 in my run, I decided to uphold the gentlemen agreement and I took the L by quitting the game.
What would you have done in this situation? If my run was anything above 9-0, I would've waited it out in this situation. If only they could fix this nonsense, it's been a thing for years now and it's so annoying.

I would have quit. Its Saturday. Im not wasting my day off on a freeze off.

Lol ill never be 11-0.
But yeah I get what you are saying. I dont see why sds can find a way to make quitting a freeze off not count as a win/loss. Its been a problem for years.

Yeah that's why I said hypothetically speaking. I think most people would wait it out.

Quit and restart. BR is 1500 and I have more than enough stubs to cover it. if you don't like your draft just keep resetting till you get what you want then play on. Better to get wins and stats on BR than to sit in a freeze off. Now if you are close to 12-0 yea wait him out.

Yeah I have already completed the BR program to 100 points so it's either flawless or redraft for me at this point. Unless the 12 win reward is Trout, Acuña or DeGrom.

I have the worst luck ever. All NL East silver live series cards except for Travis D'arnaud lead to trout in a BR run and that's who I got in one of my runs. I was 9-0 and was excited for Trout then I checked my 12 win reward and got mad.

Cole. The two times I have been at 9 wins I have got Betts and Cole as my 12 game rewards which also happen to be the only two 90+ live series diamonds I have pulled this year. Can't get a Trout, DeGrom or Acuna I have to get the guys I already have lol.

I was in a freeze off yesterday in RS tied 3-3 in the 7th or 8th, after about 15-20 minutes somehow it unfroze with me stealing 3rd base.. so sometimes I would say wait it out especially if you’re on a decent BR run, but I probably wouldn’t wait more than an hour

It did? Wow I've never heard about a game unfreezing before after such an amount of time.

Anything 7-0 and above I would’ve waited out. You did the right thing by taking your L. It was early in your run.

Im with you, at 3-0 even if someone I could likely beat, not worth it. At 9 wins or higher im not quitting just because he got a 1st inning run
