Hopefully, they fix it and make it right.
I went and looked at my block list, which has 120 accounts, and noticed some of the more recent ones (like yesterday or day before) have also been banned. Maybe they went on a big ban mission and maybe you got swept up in it for some reason.
Somebody has to be accountable for stuff like this. Even so, should you get a ban for DAYS, it should have an explanation. The reason code is blank.
The LACK of a viable community presence by SDS employees is exacerbating the overall issues this year.

What's even worse is they can use your attempt to circumvent your "ban" by coming here on a different account and increase the length and add this profile to it as well.
Definitely not right but sadly this is their world here.
Been in same boat myself. 7 day ban and no reason given. Yet I see days old posts where some kids are swearing and blast sds but still never get banned. Smh.

Just from the TSN boards. I logged into the game about 30 minutes ago, and was able to get into DD.
Don't get me wrong. I'm fully accountable for anything I type on the internet. I've been on message boards and forums for 30 years. I'd be the first person to acknowledge a post or opinion made that would warrant a time out.
There's absolutely nothing I can find that is ban worthy.
The reason this is upsetting, is because of principle. This community space is owned and maintained by SDS. Periodically, I'll say something a little cheeky for entertainment value, but nothing offensive, raging or certainly in violation of the rules of this board.
If this can happen though, it highlights a carelessness by an SDS employee and just like they are trying to make me accountable for some apparent action I took, they should have the same accountability.

I have control over my kids and their internet usage. I keep both my boys off forums discord etc because the internet isn't such a friendly place these days.
Should this account get banned as well for questioning my PSN account ban, I'll escalate this through private means and I will get the answer I deserve one way or the other.
One thing about the internet.. you never know who the person is behind the keyboard and sometimes, you wrong someone that you had no idea was THE WRONG person to ban.

You weren't on my block list, so I would agree that you most likely didn't say anything worthy of a ban! I agree that SDS should have provided a reason, especially when there is no reasonably apparent reason for it.

A little over 2 years ago, a friend of mine that posts here time to time got into a snarky back and forth in a thread and got a 24 hour ban. A phone call to another branch of Sony, and the ban was removed within an hour.
I hope that I get fixed or a reasonable explanation. It's 4 am California time. I don't bother people at that time for message board issues. I will surely inquire at noon Eastern today though out of principle alone.

I'm not a mod and don't know the exact reason but looking at your posts it looks like you cheated the filter at one point which would be a dumb reason for a ban for something small like that 1 time but either way they should have given a reason. Also I believe posting from a second account is against the TOS so this account might get a ban too just as a warning. Good luck getting it fixed, dumb reason for a ban if that's it

I wouldn't get banned from this account. It belongs to another active MLB the Show account and nothing posted by this account has violated TOS.
I appreciate the support though.

There are a few forum members that could use a few days in the timeout chair. Hoboadam isn't one of them. I hope it's just a mistake that is corrected soon.

Ahhh. Must be it. I'll leave the purple rectal opening icon on my son's account. After all, the first 10 pages in logo vault have breasts and nothing gets done about it.
In all seriousness, there's an opportunity here to correct the mistake and we can move forward.
Ignoring this for the term of the ban without ever providing an explanation may result in making an enemy out of an ally.
It's trite and childish, but once again, it's principle. Censure makes no sense here when harm wasn't done. Sitting back and taking a 4 day time out for no crime isn't going to be tolerated.
Mistakes happen. We're human. My posts were not mistakes. Banning me sure was unless a valid explanation can be provided.

I was referring to putting . Between letters in a 3 letter word for [censored]. Again it would be thr dumbest reason for a ban ever but it's the only thing I saw in your posts that would even be conceivable as a bad post. Everything else I saw was just normal forum posts -
Dude.. You're the most level headed, helpful person possibly in the entire forum.. The fact that you caught a ban is insane. I hope it was just a mistake on their end otherwise its pretty sad they would pick you out of all these insane troll posts and literal threats against them.

Once again, I'll accept whatever I did, but giving no reason and a 4 day ban is ridiculous.
Nothing I post would make anybody except a 10 year old unconditioned child possibly raise an eyebrow and ask mommy who the POTM player is and why he lives in somebody's mouth...
I think I've figured out what occurred. If I'm right, that person should expect to have every post he ever makes again on this forum, get reported.
Should also consider changing his account handle to doh instead of whoa
