A Jeter card will come out when Jeter decides to be the cover boy.
We might get an off brand hack like Nomar, but SDS will market a Jeter or a Pay-Rod when they can sell product...not to make players who have already bought in for the year happy.

I have a feeling your going to be disappointed come Friday. Definitely NOT going to be Jeter but a new legend is interesting especially if it's a big surprise like Walker was last year for the 3rd inning.

Jeter in a nut shell
Never played 160 games to 162 in one season! ( cal ripken) lol
44 doubles best year, 39 doubles twice thats a joke for a so called great hitter !
102 RBI HIGH mark, 97 once, then 84 lol. Avg mark 77 for a season that is bad! 24 homers high mark lol wow , 3 times over 20 what a joke. .310 career avg hitter. Also was an awful fielding SS lol. Just look him up. Most say below avg fielder in his career. So what was so good about jeter great at inside outing a ball , used to see him do it so much on inside pitches, instead of Turning and hitting it down the 3rd base line or down left field line , he fights it off between 1st and 2nd or over 2B head, yes he came through for Yankees in the clutch, but he played for amazing team alot and had a ton of opportunities to do it. Not like Mr Mike trout. So to any true die hard Yankee fans that watched him play year in year out tell me why jeter is so hyped up? How do u defend his lame [censored] offensive and defensive numbers? Yes he got 3000 hits ! Great mark for sure. Being able to perform for a long career is always impressive, might be the most impressive thing, just look at Eddie Murray! Steady Eddie -

I don’t think Jeter will be in it. They would most likely announce him before the launch. It would be better for the business and would sell copies. If he was in the game it would help sell copies and now that it is out people have already made up their minds. Also he is to big of a legend to release mid year
