Opened a ticket on 4/30...

For a card that disappeared from my inventory (Trout). The generated email reply says expect 5 business days. We’re 4 days away from it being a full month.

Completely unacceptable. So frustrating. There’s is no way to explain the utter lack of urgency/respect to the community (cause I know I’m not alone)

If only your ticket was for you not being able to buy stubs. Then that would have been responded to in record time.

Well... I have an open ticket still from 4/23. However, it was because I paid them $99 which they already took out of my account but never got my 150k stubs... so I guess since they already got my money I'm relegated to low priority?

Thing is, there is a stub sale now... do I get a pro rated reimbursement? However, I also dont see this getting resolved until the sale is over so I don't know. You'd think they would get to me fast as well. I probably would have made another 150k stubs purchase. But I cannot in good faith do that until I know they resolve the first $99 taken from me without anything in return. So in a sense, my situation does boil down to not being able to buy stubs either.

Yeah I wouldn’t be giving them any more business either but that puts you in a tough spot because you probably would if they could make things square
