Pinpoint Pitching - Speed control?

Is there a way to control speed of the same pitch? Something like “meter”, where you have the colored zones (yellow is slower, red is faster).

The faster you flick the stick down to the target the harder you throw. At least that's what I think.

I'll give that a shot. Using the meter has been pretty good to me over the years, but thought I'd give pinpoint a try.
