It helps with the eventual flashback/legend collection reward.. you'd be locking in prospects anyways

You're not "wasting money." You can get enough prospect cards for Kelenic just buy beating USA conquest twice.

You're not "wasting money." You can get enough prospect cards for Kelenic just buy beating USA conquest twice.
Haven't done the USA map yet (usually its first thing I do but they launched with a bunch of maps this year). I assumed the only repeatable reward was the 10 pack?

Exactly! I would guess they release a 30 prospect collection reward at some point. Even if this isn't released I guarantee the "Honus" collection will require at least 30 prospects.

Oh....well thats good to know. Guess I need to get around to actually doing this map.
Even if you don't want to keep the prospects, they're selling for about 4-5K each on the market. That's at least 24K in stubs for people who like playing offline anyway and are okay with 3 inning games. For me personally, I did the map once and I'm good. I'd rather just flip to get the rest of the prospects so I can focus on playing ranked/events.
The real bonus for doing that map once is Pujols. Unfortunately he is no longer a fit for my ranked squad, but he was a beast for me early on and I'll definitely use him for any event he is eligible for.

Even if you don't want to keep the prospects, they're selling for about 4-5K each on the market. I'm assuming the big collection this year will be handled like last year so getting prospects for free may be worth it just to have them for collections. I typically did the conquest map as a way to get back into the game after an offseason break and to do daily innings and get the free 10pack.
That Pujols card would be useful day 1 or in some events but this year he would have been at best a bench bat with. Too many better cards from the 42 series that can play OF/1B.

I mean you can sell the prospect cards so you are essentially spending stubs on him. I've beaten the Conquest map like 4-5 times and I sell all the cards. To each his own but he wouldn't play on my team. Buxton is a freaking beast card. And with Acuna, Bellinger and Finley as well I just wouldn't use him.

I pulled him like right after I bought him so at least got some of the stubs back
