Finally had my ticket answered, more issues arise

So I bought a pack of stubs using the app PSstore app, never got the stubs. Finally got the correction today, however it’s only available to redeem from the site and the stub store is down on the site. Seems like a never ending battle right now

When did you send that ticket?

I'm quite a few days in on my last one. Lost stubs on the last time the servers 💩 around noon.

Any updates on where things stand with support tickets? It has been nearly a month without any updates/responses. Now that the major server issues have been addressed, what should we expect for a turnaround time on reported issues? Are you able to provide any sort of update or are we just expected to open duplicate tickets to get our issues looked at? Any sort of update to the community would be welcomed.

Finally had a ticket answered from Apr 27 and I was just asked if I'm still experiencing the same issue. Had to reply yes and now waiting for response again.

Submitted mine April 20, no response. Now a month later. Did not get pre order bonus. The wait continues. : (

Submitted mine Apr 30, nothing yet. People who are getting answers after submitting their tickets later really pisses me off

I had missing items and stubs that I submitted 4/20. They responded 5/17, returned one of the missing items but said they were looking into the rest.
