Where do I select my universal nameplate?

I found where to edit my profile picture to this dog, but where is the option to choose which nameplate displays in-game?

I think theres more than one way, but I know that you can go to your unlockables in your inventory and select it and do it that way.

I found that when in the same screen where you choose your profile icon, just hit (RB/R1) and you can choose the nameplate there.
