Is anyone else not getting enough hits on rookie

I keep getting good timing swings with good pci placement on rookie again the CPU and can't get hits. It's annoying because I'm playing MTO and I'm having to play 13 inning games on rookie because you join in on the 6th or 7th and nobody will get a hit. I'm fine not getting everthing but I'd think it would be realistic to not play 13 ining games if I'm doing a decent job at timeing and pci. Anyone else noticing that against the CPU?

Yes. I’m not on rookie but am having to really work the count vs cpu. Once the pitcher’s conference is down there are more pitches to hit.
