Bug backlog statistics

SDS, can you comment on the number of bugs/issues in your backlog?
Looks like a few weeks ago bug numbers were in the 68k range, and now issues seem to come in around 89/90k. Have around 90k issues been opened?Any insight on how many issues have been reported, issue types, an updated case response time (correlating to issue type), etc.? One slide or explanation with these kind of metrics would be greatly appreciated.
I ask because I have opened around 12 bugs in the past 10 days. Two bugs are particularly annoying.

A bug preventing me from getting Jackie 99 as I have a duplicate Sixto Sanchez 42 card that prevents me from getting Dansby Swanson to complete the 42 collection, and thus get Jackie 99. I opened this bug about 13 days ago when I saw that it would be an issue (and I believe the issue was caused by the different account issues (ie - link a ps4, xbox and theshownation account).
Anyway, can you provide some bug backlog stats and updated estimated resolution times? Also, it seems like some bugs are fixed quicker (like offensive content reports ...as they must be easier for your support team), than say the ducplicate card issues).
Also, frankly, it would be great to know your engineering team's size. How many frontend support individuals, how many backend engineers, how many graphic engineers, etc.....or just an overall team size. This could also help set expectations for us customers if we knew the size of the team. I suspect your team is around 100 people, yet I could be wrong.

I hope so...yet I am not sure they thought about this use case and have a fix available. It depends on if they can flip bits on the back end DB to correct issues like this or not. They push a lot of content down (and this would be a similar content push down) so I think the mechanism is there, yet not sure. My guess is they would have to update a db record to make the correction and then it would show up on my end (ie - get pushed down). I tend to think they don't let the frontend support team make these type of changes, based on past cases opened, yet I am hoping....as technically this is an account/missing items issue, so hoping frontend support can fix it.

I will say...not having Jackie is not making my life easy in RS, as I really want his contact to make a run at WS. I'm in the mid 700's...and somehow hit a home-run with Tatis yesterday with his 65 contact....but I am not going to get that lucky again for another 7 - 8 games to get to 900. I'm hitting insane right now in the game, yet it is also because it is early in the game. Yes, I have made important adjustments to hit better, but I know the game is also very different right now than it was at the end of last year with the all 99 god squads. The god squads now...are just mini god squads. That is why I so want and need my Jackie 99 right now....and it is killing me not having him after submitting the bug 12 to 13 days go.

Well we witnessed something close to this with regards to accounts few years back and it took a while to sort out but as far as I know everyone was reimbursed. They even came out and said it was all hands on deck type situation. Think everyone was working on the emails to support including devs. And i would venture to say same scenario but more people this year so definitely take longer.

I think their backlog is so big right now working on bugs, that this is why they didn't market the 2nd inning bosses already. I think new content marketing is taking a back seat to just stabilizing the game at the moment.
My first year of DD was last year, and I got within one win (882) of WS, and then I had a bad eye issue that really screwed up my vision and that was my real last chance at WS last year (still have the eye issue, but finally starting to get my vision back). Made CS 5 times last year, yet never got too WS, so I want to get to the promised land this year. Having Jackie right now would help, although yes, no guarantee I would get to WS, but it would increase my odds. I am hitting over .300 in almost 40 RS games so far, although I also know that it is still early.
Unfortunately, they can't give time back. I hope they fix the issue ASAP, but I am losing time at my chance. Maybe they will release another 42 card in the 2nd inning today that will let me finish the collection and thus fix my issue? That would be incredible if a fix got pushed like that. A Josh Gibson or Satchel Page 42 card .....sign me up for those....two players I really want...and my issue fixed.

No, my Jackie issue still exists. The 42 collection card didn't fix my duplicate issue, unfortunately. I am hoping one day soon though.
Thanks. Yeah, my eye was really bad....like been fighting it for 5 years and has sent me to the hospital a few times (when it gets real bad). Was going to have surgery a few weeks ago, yet it got delayed by 5 to 12 months due to my eye being really in bad shape the day of the surgery. Last week though, might have made a breakthrough as I had two eye issues, not one (and they were only combating one). It seems like my vision is slowly returning (it was 20/20....then 20/100 within days ...and glasses can't fix it because it is inside my eye). (Bubbles/Inflamation inside my eye distort how the eye perceives light and makes everything blurry. Not fun, and glasses are useless.)
One cool thing in the stream, is they did mention the quick sell bug, and I was one of the first people who found it (and I sent them video of the bug.). So, didn't get a mention directly, yet cool that that at least 5 bugs I have found are being fixed/worked on.) Indirectly that is kind of cool. As close to the Koogs shout out as an engineer can get.
Fingers crossed for WS this year. Think I can do it, as things are aligning. Hoping to also make a BR 12-0 run as well (will see, as I didn't play BR last year, just ranked.)
