USA Conquest

So I’ve conquered each of the territories on the Nation of Baseball Conquest, but instead of giving me my 10 packs, it continues the conquest and is forcing me to reinforce again. There are no more territories on the map for me to conquer, but I haven’t been given my 10 packs and the conquest map has not reset itself like it normally does when you complete it.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Just had the same thing happen to me. They need to outline the map or bring up the contrast, you can't even see the tile on HDR
