I would be okay with the nightly outages if they just communicated to us their plan and a date of when it should be fixed. Providing the community with any info at all would go so much farther than a BS post like this. Yea no [censored] the servers are down. we can all see that but thanks for the non update

Down detector tells the sad tale. This isn't a "new" occurrence - it happens every friggin' day.
I'm curious what you guys achieve with all of the 4am PST maintenance downtimes.
The server performance has been dreadful each night since the April 20th launch.
Surely you contemplated the need for expanded server capacity as you actively steered people to DD as a primary game mode. I'm continually surprised to see the lack of any adequate response to this issue.
As I tell my son, proper preparation prevents poor performance. Sad to see the apparent lack of planning for the expanded user base for MLBTS21.

quick note, servers have been terrible since early release on the 16th

Sad part is that the gameplay this year is actually really enjoyable. This year allowing my RTTS character be able to pitch and play the field has been great but I paid 85 dollars just to support your company because I only play RTTS and none of the early features really cater to me. I'm not mad just disappointed

Honestly, at this point, I’d rather them be openly smart alecky or passive aggressive rather than robotic and sleep walking through their community interactions....

Thanks for the information @Victor_SDS_PSN , I think it would be fair to extend the time to complete the 1st. program or give some kind of xp bonus, because with the constant failures of the servers to many people we will not have time to complete it

And the fact that double XP hasn't been a real thing because they didn't double in your totals or you couldn't access the game.

Give us a 50 Pack with 5 on 10 odds for Diamonds and 300K Stubs to compensate for all of the grinding time lost!

How is anyone surprised by this post? It’s the generic we’re sorry template they have used from day 1. If you were expecting something with substance, you were kidding yourself.
