Would you take a refund?
-
no, I love the game. It's been 2 weeks, so what?? I'll be playing this game all year.
-
I got the digital deluxe for my PS5, but I also have access to the GamePass version on Series S. Even with a "free" version I wouldn't request a refund. I enjoy playing on PS5, and taking $100 away from SDS wouldn't solve anything. Sure, I'm annoyed with all of the server issues like everyone else, but when it works the game is fun. It's been a difficult year for SDS between working from home and adding the Xbox community. While my patience is running thin, I understand the difficulty. No one wants to release a broken game, and I'm sure they're just as upset about it.
In short, they can keep the money as long as they continue to work on the problem.

No.
At least for me the server issues have been decreasing every day, I have not lost any stubs, cards or progress, and they are patching right now to hopefully fix the RTTS progression issues.
Same here. Been lucky to not be affected by anything other than the servers
The game is great so I’ll gladly stick it out. But im still annoyed with how these first two weeks have gone

Ok I see your thinking. In that case I have a car I can sell you but it won’t drive over 20 MPH for the first two weeks. Should be right up your alley
-
I'm complaining a lot about server issues, but I don't want refund and don't need any ingame compensation. I believe they will fix it.
I was playing 20 for 800 hours and 21 is much better gameplay wise, so after that servers fix I'm gonna play a lot all year long -

Does the car only cost $85? I'll take it.

I honestly wonder why people are complaining so much, apart from the server issues. Those issues will be fixed eventually, give them some time to make it right. Other than that, this game plays so much better than 20, better than 19 and those of us who played 18 know that this game is a godsend compared to that game.
Dude, what are you talking about. 18 was the best. I could play “take a shot every time there is a no doubt HR” and forget all about losing!
-
I wouldn't. Servers will be fixed at some point.
-
No the game is great.
-
No. Baseball is life, Im here forever! The servers might act up for 10 to 20 mins but then their better. Seem to get a little better each day I feel.
-
Nope, I would not. Because we can bi tch all we wont, but at the end of the day its the only baseball game worth playing besides OOTP baseball. And they are completely different kind of games.
-
No
We are talking about 2 weeks here, have the server issues been less the desirable yes but at the end of the day this game is amazing. Playing this game feels so good the content is on point.
Will SDS do something to make up for server issue who knows but really they don't have to and I am good with that
-
No but this is certainly one of the reasons I never buy stubs anymore.

Does it? I’d probably trust your opinion more than anyone on here. Almost grabbed an Xbox today (would purely be to play MLB really) but didn’t trust the game not to be a slugfest with 18-15 scores like last year. Worth £250 just to play ‘21?

Bro, you could go take a [censored] every time Nolan Ryan started his wind up and still make it back in time to be very early on his fastball. On legend.

Its still a slugfest I guess lol. But the game has vastly improved in many areas. You're not playing at all at the moment?
Edit: pitching actually exists now, so I guess not AS much of a slugfest. You can actually dominate pitching if you're doing it right.

Hell to the NO

I would not take a refund. I play this game all year long and get loads of enjoyment out of it. I love the game play this year when it's working. Soon it will all the time and I'll play way too much
-
I don’t want a refund. I do however expect to be compensated for a product that is not working as advertised. I expect stubs and or packs for a faulty product at release that still has not been resolved. I think its reasonable for any consumer to expect compensation from any company selling a faulty product.
-
No, but I also don't think I got good value for my money here, and I am still disappointed with the long-running server issues at launch. It's mind boggling this is still a thing.
