We Deserve Acknowledgement of the XP Issue

This is absolutely ridiculous, double XP is something that seems so easy to get right...but yet here we are.
We deserve some type of response from SDS as to how they’re going to correct this. We’re all clearly seeing we earned a certain number of XP at the end of the game, yet in the inning program menu, half of that number was actually earned.
And no, I haven’t touched any sliders etc.
As I’m sure everyone else is, I’m just frustrated by the incompetence shown through this first week of 21
Be better SDS. Do better

I played my daily mission for 1000 xp of 15 innings all progress gone and can’t even get that one again it’s gone

Shoot I can't even get regular XP.
Started the game - Unexpected network error
Tried to enter the DD menu - Unexpected network error
Tried again - Same errorGave up and closed the game

Just an unfortunate launch
The thing is, I LOVE how the game plays online. It feels GREAT (outside a few outfielder animations)
Just sucks we can’t play....and half the time we can, it’s not counting

communication has never been there from SDS. i truly think they could promote a lot of positivity by taking the time to simply communicate with the community regularly when these things happen. but they dont. they never have. they never will.

Absolutely.
A simple forum post, tweet, anything acknowledging that they’re actively working to resolve the servers and to rectify XP not applying correctly would go a long way for most, myself included.
Crazy they won’t take the time to do this but they deserve the heat they getting 100%. Their [censored] is showing

Wait, you guys are getting xp points? I haven’t seen any in the last 2-3 days. I was patient at first, but a week later and it’s still a dumpster fire. I’ve never seen a worst launch than this for any game.
@Victor_SDS at least have SDS comment about the ongoing issues beside a maintenance update on Twitter. This is really getting ridiculous. I feel bad for the new customers who are probably never going to buy this game again.

I’m at least earning XP towards the first inning (grinding showdown for affinities) but double XP never worked and they still haven’t commented on that
The longer they wait the worse this gets, do they know nothing about business PR and communication with their consumer base? It’s comical
